Conceptual Phase Services
Site evaluation, feasibility, preliminary budgets, schedules, and early AHJ/regulatory coordination.
Strong project outcomes begin with disciplined early planning. During the conceptual phase, NativeFusion assists owners in defining project objectives, priorities, and constraints. These early services help establish a clear framework that guides all future decisions.Conceptual phase services include assisting with site evaluation, selection, and acquisition, as well as developing preliminary budgets and schedules.
NativeFusion also supports early coordination with Authorities Having Jurisdiction to identify permitting, planning, and regulatory requirements that may influence project scope or timeline.
By addressing feasibility, constraints, and opportunities early, owners gain a clearer understanding of project viability before advancing into more detailed development.
Design Development & Coordination
Monitor designs for constructability, cost alignment, and documentation consistency to reduce downstream changes.
As projects progress into design development, NativeFusion provides oversight and coordination to ensure planning efforts remain aligned with approved budgets, schedules, and project objectives. Our role is to monitor progress, facilitate coordination, and support resolution of issues that may affect constructability or execution.
Services during this phase include monitoring the design process, assisting with recommendations when warranted to help designs remain within budget, and coordinating project meetings to maintain alignment among stakeholders.
NativeFusion focuses on clarity, coordination, and consistency in design documentation to help reduce downstream changes and support smoother transitions into construction.
Project Management
Ongoing construction oversight: progress tracking, shop drawing schedules, testing coordination, and reporting.
Contract Administration
Review change requests, evaluate impacts, maintain contract clarity, and support procurement alignment.

Validate estimates, refine schedules, and track performance to catch variances early.
Quality Control Oversight
Review workmanship and compliance to specs; coordinate timely corrective actions to reduce rework.

PROJECT MANAGEMENT
.NativeFusion provides ongoing oversight throughout construction to help ensure the project remains on track. Project management services include reviewing and implementing testing procedures with the project team, developing and monitoring shop drawing review schedules, reviewing construction and procurement schedules, and monitoring construction progress through regular meetings and reporting.
NativeFusion also monitors Request for Information activity, administers progress payments, tracks actual costs against budgeted costs, and reviews project correspondence, change requests, and claim submittals. Recommendations are provided to the owner to support timely and informed resolution.
Schedule & Reporting
Maintain critical path, adjust sequencing, and deliver concise status reports.
Cost Management
Track actuals vs. budget, administer progress payments, and validate estimates.
Change & Claims Management
Triage RFIs, assess change impacts, and advise on response strategies.
